Clark is structured, expressive, and purposefully composed. It opens with rich caramel, toasted vanilla, dried cherry, seasoned oak, and a bright lift of orange zest. The first sip reveals the whiskey’s rye character through warm spice, cinnamon, cocoa, roasted pecan, dark fruit, and a measured peppery edge.
As it develops, the sweetness and spice move together rather than competing for attention. Caramel and vanilla soften the rye’s natural intensity, while oak provides depth and structure.
The finish is long and warming, with lingering notes of spice, leather, tobacco, cocoa, and mature oak.
