- Add Meriwether Bourbon, Campari, and sweet vermouth to a mixing glass.
- Fill the mixing glass with ice.
- Stir with a bar spoon for 25 to 30 seconds.
- Strain into a rocks glass over one large cube, or strain into a chilled coupe.
- Express the orange peel over the cocktail.
- Garnish with the orange peel and serve.
Notes
Pro Tip: Use fresh, refrigerated vermouth. Old vermouth will make the drink taste flat and overly bitter.
