- Add Meriwether Bourbon, fresh lemon juice, and honey syrup to a shaker tin.
- Fill the shaker with ice.
- Shake hard for 12 to 15 seconds.
- Strain into a rocks glass over one large ice cube.
- Garnish with a lemon twist and serve.
Notes
PRO TIP: Use 2:1 honey syrup, two parts honey to one part warm water. This gives the drink enough body to stand up to cask-strength bourbon.
